Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Cards

If you have a lost or stolen Family Savings ATM/Debit card, you may do one of the following immediately:

  • Contact Family Savings Debit Card Department at 256-543-9530 or 888-311-3728
  • Use NetTeller online account access to block your card. Simply login using your online credentials and click settings. Choose ATM/Debit Card. You may block one or more of your cards using this method. 
  • Contact 1-844-484-0049

After business hours:

  • Call 1-844-484-0049
  • Call 256-543-9530 and follow the prompts to block the lost debit card by phone.

A replacement ATM/Debit Card may be obtained by visiting your nearest Family Savings branch office during normal operating hours.


Lost or Stolen Visa Credit Cards

If you have a lost or stolen VISA Credit Card, contact Elan Customer Service at 1-800-558-3424 immediately.
