Is this the same as homeowners insurance?
No. This is a residential service contract designed to help offset the cost of covered breakdowns to covered home systems and appliances.
Are all homes eligible for coverage?
The plans apply to most single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums used for residential purposes.
Is there a service fee?
A $100 service deductible applies to covered repair claims according to the program terms.
