An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. During business hours, you can speak face to face with a live Family teller through the screen. They can help you complete almost any transaction you would normally do inside a branch. After hours, the machine works as a regular ATM, so you always have access to your account. The same personal service you expect from Family, now delivered in a more convenient way.
