Lost or Stolen Card ATM/Debit Cards

If you have a lost or stolen Family Savings ATM/Debit card, contact Family Savings Debit Card Department immediately at 256-543-9530 or 888-311-3728.

After business hours, call 256-543-9530 and follow the prompts to block the lost debit card immediately by phone. A replacement ATM/Debit Card may be obtained by visiting your nearest Family Savings branch office during normal operating hours.

If you have a lost or stolen VISA Credit Card, contact Elan Customer Service at 1-800-558-3424 immediately.
