Family Savings is now offering BillPay at no cost to it's members! In order to enroll in BillPay at no cost, you must have an open share draft account and you must use the service at least once every (60) sixty days to keep it active. With Family Savings Federal Credit Union's BillPay Service, you can pay your bills online. Save on postage and simplify your monthly bill payments. Managing your bills online saves you valuable time.
Whether you have one bill or 20 to pay, you can:
* Pay your bills automatically without writing a check
* Set up recurring payments, or even a one time payment
* Add, change, or delete payees at any time
* Transactions will appear on your monthly share draft account statement for easy account reconciliation and you'll know that your bills are being paid on time, every time.
Check payments should be scheduled (10) ten business days in advance of the payment due date. Electronic payments should be scheduled (4) four business days prior to payment due date. It is your responsibility to schedule your bill payments in such a manner that your obligations are paid on time. You will be responsible for any late payments or finance charges imposed due to your failure to transmit a timely bill payment authorization. To determine if your payee is electronic or check, you may look at the View Payee's Screen for this information. Electronic payments will be withdrawn out of your account within approximately (2) two business days after the payment date you have scheduled. Check payments will be withdrawn out of your account when the check mailed to the Payee follows normal Federal Reserve check clearing procedures. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, it will be treated just like any other check and a fee will be assessed. If your BillPay Service is discontinued due to inactivity, (non-usage for (60) sixty days) any saved payee information may not be available.
