The Family Savings Fresh Start Checking Account is available to members who may have been unable to
open a checking account in the past due to unfortunate circumstances. This account does not include paper
checks, but a Visa ATM/Debit Card is provided at no cost to you. You may use your Debit Card to purchase
items anywhere VISA Debit PIN transactions (using your PIN number) are accepted or at any ATM.
