Making the Grade- Awarding our Student Members

For members 18 years old or younger, our Making the Grade program awards students for making A's and B's on their report cards.  Simply bring your semester report card to Family Savings on or around February 1st and June 1st.  Family Savings will deposit $2 for every "A" earned and $1 for every "B" earned up to a maximum of $14 per student into their Dollar Dog or ChaChing Savings Accounts.  It's a great way to encourage students to excel in school.  Students must have a FSFCU account to receive the Making the Grade payout. 

Learning to save and manage money is important.  Thanks to Family Savings Federal Credit Union's Dollar Dog Kids Club, it can be fun too!  It's the perfect way to teach kids ages 12 and younger the value of saving money on a regular basis.  Statistics show that most kids today don't learn nearly enough about effectively managing money.  By starting the education process early, your children or grandchildren will be better equipped to make wise financial decisions in the future.

Joining Is Easy & Free!

Simply open a Dollar Dog Kids Club Savings Account for each child in your family with an initial deposit of $5.00 or more.  If your children already have a Family Savings Federal Credit Union Savings Account, simply sign them up for membership.  No additional deposit is required.
