Family Savings Federal Credit Union's VISA Debit Card is the perfect addition to your share draft (checking) account. This card works like a check at any merchant that accepts VISA and it also works like an ATM Card.
Imagine no hassles of writing checks or searching for identification. We make it easy for you to leave your checkbook at home. Just swipe your card through the scanner at the sales counter of any merchant that accepts VISA. The amount of your purchase will be electronically deducted from your Family Savings share draft (checking) account. You will sign the receipt as you do with a credit card, but without the fees and interest. You will be able to use it instead of a check to pay purchases anywhere VISA is accepted.
This card will replace your credit union ATM card because the new VISA Debit Card works as both. This card works like a ATM card at any ATM which uses CIRRUS or STAR/HONOR networks. You will be able to get the cash you need with your personal identification number (PIN).
Due to the continued fraud that has been committed against our members, we have blocked Debit/ATM Card transactions in the following countries: Russia, Hungary, Turkey, and Romania.
